Approval process for patient and donor stories
The patient and donor stories submitted on this website follow a review and approval process:
• People (authors) interested in sharing their stories, will submit to “How Is Your Day?” using the web form or a form sent by e-mail.
• “How is Your Day?” team reviews the submission and may edit the text for brevity or clarity.
• The submission is posted on the website/used in printed information materials.In the event that a submission is not accepted, the author is informed and the information submitted is deleted from the “How Is Your Day?”/PPTA information systems.
Personal and contact information of people submitting their stories to “How Is Your Day?” are confidential and never shared.
Will we disclose the information we have collected to outside parties?
If you give your consent, we may pass your information to our service providers which may share the aims and objectives of “How Is Your Day?” and related organizations. If you do not want this to happen, please do not tick the box. We may also need to disclose your information if required to do so by law.
